Because our products are digital and/or instantly accessible after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been completed.

By purchasing from Nomad Files, you agree that you are responsible for reviewing the product description, product details, file type, compatibility, and any included information before completing your order.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds after the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to you.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Ebooks
• Guides
• Workbooks
• Printable files
• Digital bundles
• Any other downloadable or instantly accessible content

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us with your order details. Duplicate purchase requests will be reviewed at our discretion.

File Access Issues

If you experience an issue accessing or downloading your files, please contact us and we will do our best to help you receive the product you purchased.

Please note that technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by resending the file, providing access instructions, or offering another reasonable solution.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

For digital products, you may lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been made available to you, where legally permitted and where you have agreed to immediate access before the end of any withdrawal period. In the EU, online consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right, but digital content rules can allow that right to end once access begins with the customer’s consent and acknowledgment.
